Provenance: Vernazzano in the Tuoro sul Trasimeno area. The vineyards are on Pliocene age terrain of medium density, with excellent sun exposure at an altitude of circa 300 meters above sea level .

Colour: Deep Red.

Smell: Intense, red and black berries, enhanced by well balanced wood.

Flavour: Decisive with elegant and persistent tannins.

Vinification: In stainless steel at a controlled temperature.

Refinement: In French oak barrels for 10 months.

Serving temperature: 18° - 20° C

Combine with: Grilled red meat, game and seasoned cheese, heavy dishes.
