Colour: Deep Red.
Smell: Intense, red and black berries, enhanced by well balanced wood.
Flavour: Decisive with elegant and persistent tannins.
Vinification: In stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
Refinement: In French oak barrels for 10 months.
Serving temperature: 18° - 20° C
Combine with: Grilled red meat, game and seasoned cheese, heavy dishes.
