Provenance: Vernazzano in the Tuoro sul Trasimeno area.
The vineyards are on Pliocene age terrain of medium density, with excellent sun exposure at an altitude of circa 300 meters above sea level.
Harvest: manually when the fruit is ripe
Grape varieties: Trebbiano Toscano and Grechetto
Alcohol content: 12%
Colour: light straw yellow.
Smell: pleasant, fresh and full bodied, flowery with hints of spring.
Flavour: slightly acidulous and fresh, well balanced.
Vinification: The must flowers after the whole grapes have been air pressed. The vinification takes place in steel containers at 20-22°C for 18-20 days.
Refinement: in steel containers for circa six months.
Serving temperature: 10° - 11 ° C
Combine with: roasted or boiled fish, seafood starters, soft cheese, summer dishes or at the beginning of a rich meal.
