Provenance: City Terontola in the town of Cortona. The vineyards are located on medium soils of Pliocene origin, well-exposed and located at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level.

Alcohol content: 14,5%
Colour: Ruby red with good density but transparent.
Smell: Thick, spicy and intense with sweet vanilla, followed by complex feelings of sweet tobacco.
Flavour: Dry, fruity, frankly, very persistent, slightly tannic with a rich texture that confirms the importance of the fruit gives way to hints of sweet spices and dried fruit.
Vinification:Fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled between 28 ° and 30 ° C by soaking the skins for 25 days.
Refinement: Matured for 14 months in French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and a further 2 months in bottle.
Serving temperature: 18° - 20° C
Combine with: Red and white meat, salami and cheese.
