Provenance: Vernazzano in the Tuoro sul Trasimeno area.
The vineyards are on Pliocene age terrain of medium density, with excellent sun exposure at an altitude of circa 300 meters above sea level.

Flavour: ull bodied and soft with an aftertaste which hints at red fruit and flowers.
Vinification: The must flowers after one night on the peel, it becomes wine in steel containers at a temperature of 20-22°C for 18-20 days.
Refinement: in steel containers for circa six months.

Combine with: soups, seafood casseroles, seafood starters, lake fish, soft cheese. Very good as aperitif before light meals. Very versatile and delicate.
