Place of origin: Terontola, in the municipality of Cortona. Vineyards are located in medium-sand soils of Pliocene origin, with a good exposure and located at about 300 m a.s.l.
Harvest: hand-picked at fruit ripening.

Smell: Powerful wine, but balanced and harmonious, with its soft texture and elegant, with complex aromas, beautiful, deep red fruit, chocolate, coffee and white pepper, with hints of spice and tobacco.
Taste: It has a nice roundness on the palate and offers velvety tannins and correct acidity, fruity and spicy with notes of lush strawberries and cherries, hints minerals, grilled meat and cloves. The final show much personality with a laminated finish, long and persistent.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°- 30° C by leaving the skins soaking for 25 days.
Refining: Matured for 12 months in French oak barriques, where malolaptic fermentation takes place. Refined for 10 months in bottles.
Serving temperature: 18° - 20° C
Pairings: It goes well with succulent dishes and processed by cooking tasty first and second decided aromas and rich, roasted red meats.
